Return & Withdrawal Policy
At Gallery LustLine, we deeply value the connection between our art and those who receive it. Each piece is created and curated with great care — whether it's a sensual painting, a sculptural expression, or a personalized commission. We understand that buying art, especially nude art, is intimate and personal. That’s why we want you to feel informed and supported throughout the process. Below you’ll find our return and withdrawal policy, designed to be transparent, fair, and in line with European consumer law — while also honoring the unique nature of the work we offer.
Standard Returns
Because many of our artworks are original, handcrafted, or made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we will always work with you to ensure satisfaction if there is a legitimate issue. For non-custom physical artworks, we offer a 14-day return window after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund your original payment within 14 days.
Custom or Personalized Pieces
Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or cancellations for:

Commissioned pieces made on request

Personalized or customized artworks

Works created specifically to your specifications

Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
This exception is aligned with EU consumer law (Article 16c, Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch law (art. 6:230p BW). We are always available to communicate thoroughly before you commission a piece, to ensure that your expectations and our artistic direction are fully aligned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at info@gallerylustline.com within 7 days of delivery.
We kindly ask you to provide:

Photos of the packaging and the item(s)

A brief description of the issue
We will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund — depending on the situation and availability of the artwork.
Refund Process
Once a return (if applicable) is approved: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer based in the European Union, you are legally entitled to withdraw from a purchase of non-custom physical goods within 14 days, without giving any reason.
To use your right of withdrawal:

Contact us in writing at info@gallerylustline.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must then return the item(s) to us within the following 14 days.

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund the original purchase amount and the standard shipping fee (if applicable) within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.
