Shipping Locations
We ship from the Netherlands and to customers worldwide. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@gallerylustline.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a custom shipment.
Processing Time

Original artworks are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after receiving payment.

For prints or made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–14 business days for production and processing.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination. All shipments include tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Free shipping may apply for certain promotions or within the EU — this will be clearly stated at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Gallery LustLine is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Each artwork is packaged with protective materials and archival care, using eco-conscious materials where possible. We want your unboxing experience to feel as special as the piece you receive.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with a claim or resolution.
